Mrs. Judy is one of two registered nurses who provide student case management, screenings, hands-on care, staff training and supervision of licensed practical nurses in the Greene County School System.   She works primarily with North Greene, its feeder schools and West Greene and  its feeder schools  but is available to all schools in case of emergency.  Judy has been a nurse for 40 years and was hired as the first school nurse for Greene County Schools 25 years ago.  She graduated from ETSU with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1968. She has worked as a nursing instructor at ETSU, at Greene Valley Developmental Center, at Takoma Hospital and at the Greene County Health Department.  Her office is located at the Educational Center.

Mrs. Suzanne is one of two registered nurses who provide student case management, screenings, hands-on care, staff training and supervision of licensed practical nurses in the Greene County School System.   She works primarily with South Greene, its feeder schools, Chuckey Doak, its feeder schools and West Pines, but is available to all schools in case of emergency.  Mrs. Suzanne is in her 13^th year working with our system.  She has background in maternal - fetal care and intensive care nursing prior to coming to the Greene County School system.  Her office is located at the Educational Center

Sherry is the School Nurse at Baileyton Elementary School.  She serves approximately 375 students.  She has been an LPN for 13 years and has worked in various healthcare settings including Nursing Home, Dr’s office and Home Health.  This is her first year at Baileyton Elementary.

Amanda is the nurse at Mosheim Elementary and Mosheim Middle School. She serves about 1000 students. She has been an LPN for 4 years and has worked OB-GYN and Home Health. This is her first year at Mosheim.  

Maxine is the School Nurse at Doak Elementary School. She serves approximately 630 students. She has been an LPN for 13 years and has worked in a hospital setting and the Greene County School system. She has worked at Doak for 11 years.

Pamela Rigney is the school nurse at Debusk Elementary. I have been a LPN for about 6 months. My other medical experience includes being an EMT for 3 yrs., and I worked at an outpatient mental health center for 7 years, where I was a patient advocate.

NURSING DEPARTMENT

Ms. Miranda is an LPN at Chuckey Elementary. She serves approximately 380 students. She has been in healthcare for 7 years. This is her first year at Chuckey.

Angela Painter LPN is the school nurse at Nolachuckey.  This is her fourth year at this school, but she has been working in the school  system for six years. Angela has been in the healthcare field since 1993 including hospital setting and nursing home setting. She currently serves 389 students.

Courtney K. Sherman is currently working at the Education Center on Hal Henard road.  Courtney was an infantry medic in the military for eight years before becoming a civilian LPN.  She has been a nurse for over five years, mostly working with disabled individuals in group home settings.
